GradūsGradūs is Latin for a step — a degree, a stage on a climb. Same root as grade and graduate. The old primers were called Gradus ad Parnassum: a step toward mastery. Not a dump of courses. The next honest step.

1. Who we are

Operated by Gradus (“Gradus,” “we”). Gradus provides an AI-skills placement assessment, curated paths that link to third-party courses, a practice desk, and optional paid memberships.

2. Independence

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, IBM, NVIDIA, Amazon, Hugging Face, or any other provider we name. Their names identify their products only. We link; we do not rehost.

3. Not advice

Levels, briefings, prompts, and team reports are educational. They are not legal, insurance, real-estate, career, or CE advice. A Gradus level is not a license or a vendor certificate. Certificates are issued by course providers, not by Gradus. We do not promise a job.

4. Billing

Founding 100: the first one hundred people who claim a seat get Desk for 30 days with no card on file. We cannot and will not auto-charge. After 30 days we ask you to keep Desk at $19/month; you may leave. Paid tiers, when enabled, bill through Stripe at the price shown: Desk $19/month or $149/year, Career $39/month or $349/year, $49 one-time Roadmap, Teams Starter $499, Teams Office $199/month. Career includes Desk. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Sales are final except where law requires a refund.

5. Your accounts elsewhere

Official courses live on provider sites. You are responsible for those terms, accounts, and any fees they charge.
